The countdown to SVT Melodifestivalen this year will be dedicated to the memorable songs that did NOT win from the year 2000 and onwards.
The unforgettable winner of the Eurovision in 2012 Loreen actually participated in 2011 and did not even qualify to the final. An utter disgrace according to me, as she showcased stunning vocal abilities, however her somewhat odd sweater might have put some voters off....
Like quite a few other Melodifestivalen contestants, Loreen's first 15 minutes of fame was in Swedish IDOL, in which she placed fourth in 2004.
